not only that but look at the PAPI on the left side of the runway. two white two red means they are on the glidescope,

The aircraft is not too high. The camera on the dash is just angled down so it the looks like the GS is too steep giving the illusion that the nose is pointed down to much.

I thought the same but the T-VASI lights to the left of the runway shows that it was on the correct glideslope all the way down.
