Huh? Since the nineties Magma had several male singers, next to Christian Vander. The new singer, featured on Ëmëhntêht Rê, is called Hervé AKNIN. He has a great range and good technique; he is very capable to sing the Magma melodies and harmonies, without emphasizing the individual interpretation too much. He even sounds a bit like Blasquiz and Vander in the seventies, but fresh and new, Aknin style. No doubt: Aknin is great!

It's taken a while for me to get used to the new male vocalist, but I agree, he sounds a bit like the one from the very first album.

Cette homophonie, elle est entièrement pompée à Stravinsky. Avec quelques mesures des "noces" de Stravinsky, Vander a reussi a se payer à bouffer pendant 40 ans. C'est du vol mais dans la variet. (virtuose ou non) tout le monde fait ça.

@paragoge I hope you are one of the greatest musicians alive. Because I read some other of your full-of-hate comments on YT and I can see you are not an educated man, since linking Hitler and Nazis shows poor logic. And you definitely are not an competitive Cognitive Scientist or a Psychologist, since you don't know anything about human cognition if you are citing Freud and discussing constructs like "père psychique". Pseudo-intelectuals like you, using buzzwords to sound intelligent are sad.
