Just a very different diet that worked very quickly for me and was the easiest one I ever tried. It actually requires that the person avoids weights (strenuous) or aerobics like running. I have not had a successful diet for me personally in about 20 years. Though I am always dieting! LOL I was referred by a friend to this diet which is on an e=book for $9.95 at www.leangenes.com and I am definitely staying on it until i am super lean:)
