You make such musical sense out of this very complex structure....! I've heard many recordings of the greats playing this... and with only a few exceptions... this by far is my favorite!!!

Ces quatre videos de Ripka et Roth sont époustouflantes;et quelles orgues dans cette église si attachante, dans mon quartier préféré de Paris !

wow! just wow! the last minute of the piece is just out of this world, as if the entire piece wasn't crazy enough. well done!

It was undoubtedly a real treat for the master as well! You could tell he was a groovin' on you Mr. Ripka.
-
@Audinos Actually it is all coupled to the Grand Choeur (man 1) but this is why Cavaille-Coll had the brilliance to have the barker machine to ease the action.

I think you've got the hang of it.More, please!

Wonderful! I wish I could have seen your pedalwork, particularly toward the end :-).

This is the definitive interpretation of this work! Never heard such perfection. It is usually butchered in every way imaginable, and I have listened to many variants, But here everything fall into place. I personally believe that the finale of the 5th symphony is better than the 6th (many experts will disagree). A perfect interpretation like this one do however prove that I'm right.
