the northbridge/southbridge is poorly secures, replace the plastic push pins with plastic screws, the heatsink isnt firmyl secure. simply pressing it with your finger will drop temps 15-20C

@smallville0forever It's strange, I actually read something similar in another review. Any guess why such high temps despite of such humongous copper heatsink? This is a super highend board and should not suffer from such a problame like overheating.
