@UniteForgetLeftRight Business is about to pick up,the pay is actually pretty good, you seem to have the quality's that any marine construction company would look for,I don't own the company,I'm just a laborer,I am experienced and I earn $20. an hour.I like the work, however I'm about to switch jobs to a lumber company.

@jonnyasprin hows business and the pay? I've been thinking of moving to Florida later this year, I've done alot of different labor and I have marina maintenance and welding xp. Finding a marine construction contractor was one of the options I am considering. Not asking for a job from you just info.

@UniteForgetLeftRight Most of our work is in waist deep water but we do have a 24' barge for deeper water, the barge has a 12' steel I beam boom with a heavy duty winch and as well we mounted 2 more pontoon floats under the barge for added floatation and structural strength.
-
@jonnyasprin wow that sounds way cheaper, do you have a barge with a A-frame that you mount it on or something?

I build boat docks and sea walls in Florida,we use a "stinger",it's a water pump and an eight foot aluminum pipe,we simply water blast a hole in the sand and then stand the pole up to fall in the hole.

Lake Murray has some hard clay and rock. Do you ever just hit something that stops you?
Is that a standard accessory for a track hoe?

Nice! Glad to see someone driving piles with new tech. About time to put away the jets and old beaters. Vibros still can't calculate accurate bearing so beat to a new drum.
that rig looks like it doesn't hit very hard.......
