Cambodia Children's Sanctuary

In 2007, two young people met by chance in Cambodia. They were from opposite sides of the globe, different cultures, and could barely communicate. But they shared a love of children and the inability to ignore suffering. So they collected other soft hearts who organized the Cambodia Children's Sanctuary, an orphanage in Siem Reap dedicated to saving the lost children of Cambodia. This video shows the impact of their efforts.

It breaks my heart to think that these children are being exploited. They would be much better in families. Most Cambodian orphans have living parents who only relinquish them in the hopes that they will have better lives.

How can this possibly be the case when anyone can visit and take advantage of these vulnerable children?

What is the profit margin? NOT impressed. Have you ever found a single home for one of your 'orphans'? What will they do when they are too old to bring in donations?
