Hamilton Police Hess Village Assault investigation November 21st, 2009

On November 21st, 2009 at approximately 1:00 a.m. there was an altercation inside the Sizzle bar on the second level dance floor between a male victim and a couple other males. During the altercation the victim was struck with glass causing a substantial injury to his head. The other persons involved were escorted out of the bar but remained in the area. Hamilton Police are releasing CCTV footage from the night of the incident and are looking to speak with a person of interest captured on camera. The person of interest, a male, is seen exiting Sizzle, then standing out front on the sidewalk speaking on a cell phone, is hugged by a female and at one point is pushed by another person. He then walks out of the CCTV area. Hamilton Police are asking anyone with information about the two incidents to contact Det/Cst. The maturity of some of you people doesn't make me think twice about why Hamilton is the way it is. Cops may be "pigs" to you people but trust me they are "angels" to you when shit hits the fan. Be careful of what you preach because one day it might bite you in the ass and require you to suck up you're pride.
