THE ROAR Book Trailer

First place in the CCHS book trailer contest!

"THE ROAR", by Emma Clayton, is about 13 year old Mika Smith living in the town of Barford North in a future London. Thirty years ago, a Plague infected all of the animals causing them to run wild and attack humans. The poison bombs used to destroy the animals also destroyed most of the plants and all of the Southern Hemisphere, forcing all of Earth's population has had to move behind a massive concrete Wall. Mika must find his sister Ellie and uncover the secret of the Plague while the Northern Government uses a video game competition to find kids, including Mika, with strange telekinetic powers.
