Two songs from the paper faces at the continental in 1981. The continental was the preeminent
alternative nightclub in buffalo NY. In the 1980's They tore it down on sept 29th 2009.
The faces were the first band to perform at the club in the spring of 1980.
The original line up was Brian Szpakowski, Paul Szpakowski, Dave Mccreery, George Scherer and
Bill Moore on drums. In this vid he was temporarily replaced by Frank Luciano.
TRUTH IS TRUTH.

Regarding the buffalo shuffle dance...the person in the striped shirt, was I believe scenster & musician Steve Schwartz; who frankly, no one could imitate on the dance floor; he was one of a kind....which was the great thing about the Blo scene...there were no rules; u had freedom 2 do whatever u wanted. Great times.... Thks again.

Thks so much 4 posting this...excellent job w/the tags...makes it hilarious. PF were my fav band of this era...I had the most fun @ their gigs. There were always the most interesting & coolest people there; who also did not mind having fun...the band members themselves would come 2 our house & party & were always very nice...thks again.
