Thank you! To use the dotting tool, put some clear polish on the tip of it. It works as glue so the beads stick to the dotting tool and so you can stick the beads on your nail. :)

You can find dotting tools at almost any cosmetic store such as sephora or ulta or sally beauty supply. You can also find great deals on amazon.com or eBay!
