%86 on Rotton Tomatoes, amazing.... one of the worst movies I have ever seen, and one of the rare cases where I turned off the movie half way through... tell me you didn't start cracking up at the alligator close up chase lol... like a 'wow this is bad' laughter.... wow... anyway check out the movie 'The Crazies'... trailer looks terrible, horrible name, but went to go see it and it was surprisingly entertaining for a horror... great review, peace...

Yeah I only watched the pile of shit because of the reviews and the fact that the Harvey Cartel original was great, but this was just really, really shit.

on top of that it must just say, worst. ending. ever.

I was waiting for him to wake up from a heroin dream but that didn't even happen, no just the credits kicked in.

2/10 is my fair rating for this cancer of a film, watch the original a solid 8/10 type of film.

I respectfully disagree. Thought its surreal depiction of the bliss of evil hilarious. Bring on the singing iguanas! In defense of Nic Cage, I admire his willingness to go "over the top"...quiet desperation is overrated anyway! Although Cage critics decry his acting as too weird or not realistic, I invite you to approach his performance style as expressionistic rather than naturalistic, such that different tones or moods can be struck and, indeed, exaggerated for a heightened effect.
