Extract the file and drag the seplugins folder to the root of the Memory Stick (The ROOT is the main directory of the PSP Memory Stick. It has the ISO/MP_ROOT/PSP/ETC.ETC. folders there).

Go into recovery menu (Turn off PSP then hold the R trigger down while turning on the PSP).

Go to plugins at the bottom of the list in recovery menu and enable the popsloader plugin. Then select BACK then EXIT out of the recovery me
you can change the pops version by holding down the R trigger button when booting the game. and change it to 3.40pops

download it and change game id to SLPS 01222 and that should fix it to go into the policestation!

I need help

I have the resident evil 2 eboots but every time I select them

they won't load up,all I get is a black screen(still can go back to the psp menu) and it doesn't even get to the violence warning screen
