This is my favourite, for all sorts of reasons, from the lovely 1984 album by Oasis (Peter Skellern, Mary Hopkin, Julian Lloyd Webber, Bill Lovelady & Mitch Dalton) Red Arrows photo available from Tim Bullen, Fowey website.

  • I created an account just because I have to thank you for posting this - the song is so beautiful and is enhanced by your lovely video. I shall play it many times I know.

  • What a lovely gesture. Thanks for your appreciation of my tribute to the person that I first shared with and the music of Peter Skellern and Mary Hopkin singing.....over 25 years ago.

    Best wishes.

    Geoff

  • Beautiful song, sung by a beautiful lady Mary.

    Beautiful pictures and video.

    Thanks for this fantastic upload.

Feeding girl, she is really pretty in pink.

Me, last week I finally found out this album deep downtown Tokyo!

    Again thanks Geoff, coleague.

    All the best,

    Tommy

  • Thank you Tommy for your appreciation and pleased that you now got the album as well - there are still a few out there.

    Good luck for 2011.

    Geoff

  • Sublime. A great combination of first class musicians and distinctive vocalists. Thank you for posting.

Can you post Loved and lost from the same album please?

  • I will do that for someone who appreciates this music. Might take a while because I would want to put some images with it and it took ages to get Youtube to upload this one. Thanks for the inspiration.

  • I bought this album in cassette form at Le Havre Duty Free, then played it all summer in the south of France. Must have bought a dozen over the years to give to friends who also fell in love with it as I did. Today I felt I needed a fix so I guess it's time to purchase another copy. Thank you for taking the time to share this, Geoff - it is such a treat to hear once again.

  • hi Geoff, just checking in, hope your well
