I couldn't agree more. CPS has obviously never played any role in this boy's life or he wouldn't have helped her. Then again he wouldn't have been a paper boy either. He would have been in some foster home being alienated from the real world around him, just another CPS victim..

The CPS racket needs to be shut down. It is a PR spin artistry program. The public is told smiley face propaganda about how this bizarre, tax-payer funded, make work boondoggle is some legitimate agency "concerned about children's well-being". In fact, it is primarily a scheme to allow elitists and politically connected people to adopt other people's children (often very good looking and desirable children), and biological parents' rights are trampled viciously.

Care is the one place where you can legally abuse a child and get paid for it.

This is legalised child trafficing.

It is called GROOMING, which abusers always do.

They try and trick children that they will give them anything they want if they deny their parents, then of course they do not deliver and the child is broken.
