Thai Massage and Spa :: Term spa is associated with water treatment which is also known as balneotherapy, spa towns or spa resorts offering such treatment, or the medication or equipment for such treatment. The term thus has various related meanings. Thai massage is a type of massage in Thai style that involves stretching and deep massage. It is known in Thailand as "nuat phaen boran", or literally, the ancient-manner massage. Although, Thai Ayurveda and traditional medicine originates in Tibet, China and in India, nuat phaen boran is primarily local to the northern Chiangmai area. Virtually every practitioner using this term is either trained in Chiangmai or trained with someone who was. The original and oldest running school for Nuat Boran is "The Old Medicine School" or Shivago Komarpai School and Buntautuk Hospital Massage Program. This program was a popular site for tourists learning massage in Chiangmai primarily beginning in the late 80's and 90's. The founder was the famous Grand Master of Traditional Thai Ayurvedic Medicine, Aachan Sintorn Chaichgun. Aacharn Sintorn presided over daily classes for over 30 years until his death in 2005. His family and elder sons Suthat and Wasson carry on to the present day. Aacharn Sintorn was a product of the Wat Po System in the 50's. The Old Medicine school was a pioneer in teaching non-Thais a short form and ten-day program called "Nuad Boran" which was easy for the non-Thai speakers to learn. The course was primarily technique with little acknowledgement to theory, as a result of the language difficulty. Unfortunately, many non-Thai obtained the mistaken impression that the 10-day program was the sum total of traditional Thai Medicine. However, the hands-on portion for traditional expert or doctor of massage is about two years full time. However, the basic form of Nuad Boran can be said to be representative and a fair introduction to the hands on healing as a distinctive modality.

Angkor Wat :: is a temple at Angkor, Cambodia, built for King Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. As the best-preserved temple at the site, it is the only one to have remained a significant religious centre since its foundation - first Hindu, dedicated to Vishnu, then Buddhist. The temple is the epitome of the high classical style of Khmer architecture. It has become a symbol of Cambodia, appearing on its national flag, and it is the country's prime attraction for visitors. Angkor Wat combines two basic plans of Khmer temple architecture: the temple mountain and the later galleried temple. It is designed to represent Mount Meru, home of the gods in Hindu mythology: within a moat and an outer wall 3.6 km (2.2 miles) long are three rectangular galleries, each raised above the next. At the centre of the temple stands a quincunx of towers. Unlike most Angkorian temples, Angkor Wat is oriented to the west; scholars are divided as to the significance of this. The temple is admired for the grandeur and harmony of the architecture, its extensive bas-reliefs and for the numerous devatas (guardian spirits) adorning its walls.

Chiang Mai City :: also sometimes written as "Chiengmai", is the largest and most culturally significant city in northern Thailand, and is the capital of Chiang Mai Province. It is located at 18°47′20″N, 98°59′00″E Coordinates, some 700 km (435 mi) north of Bangkok, among some of the highest mountains in the country. The city stands on the Ping river, a major tributary of the Chao Phraya river.

You should study more about Cambodian and Thai history by reading Western books. Do not suggests silly like this. Actually, Thai has robbed the land of Khmer since the end of 12th century. Khmer is the true owner of a big part of land in current Thailand.

Thai people today are using Khmer alphabets, Khmer vowels and Khmer numerals because Khmer taught them when they came to live with Khmer people in Khmer Empire land after the Mongol took their land of Nanchao now Nanchao became Yunnan owned by China.

Thai lost Tailand Nanchao in China the birth place of Thai root 700 years ago to the Mongol and Chinese.

Thailand today just founded 40 years ago in Khmer Empire land when Khmer welcomed Thai from the Mongol invasion Nanchao. Khmer Angkor Wat was built by Khmer people 1000 years ago before Thailand existed. Angkor Way a symbol of Khmer pride flying on Cambodia flag became world heritage in 1992 by UNESCO
