Statutory Rapist speaks

FACE of a statutory rapist speaks of Julie's two kids. Julie Witherspoon, was the 17 year old pregnant student of Danny, the Band Teacher at Arroyo H.S. in El Monte, CA. Somehow he got custody of them
out of Germany where Julie was stationed in the U.S. ARMY, kidnaped them back to the states while Julie
was physically restrained, and then Danny Witherspoon turned them over to Orange County, Ca. Child Foster system, where he can access his son and daughter at will, but Julie the victim of the Statutory Rape has not been allowed to even SEE her children in almost 2 years. Is something WRONG with the Child Protective Services, now called Child Welfare Services? END Federal Matching FUNDING for Title IV D, and VAWA so we can at least give children 50% of the time to the good parent, not the child rapist.

This injustice is WHY the local Mafia needs and gets power... to do justice the

corrupt Judicial system fails to do , and to be sure with Tony as D.A. lots of scum like

Danny will never be indicted, but protected.  People will have to deal with Danny

themselves outside the broken Judicial system... cause we can't let rapist, even

statutory rapist get paid to teach. That is just SICKing.
