This is the workout routine Brad Pitt used to get in shape for fight club, and it is what I just started to do this week to get more cut. I am also changing my diet to be more like his while he was training for the movie

  • Good work, man. I completely agree that you got the Brad Pitt look, so good job! It's fascinating to me that the trick to the long, slender BPabs is that he didn't do any ab exercises to grow them, he just got his body fat percentage to insanely low levels. Is that right? I'm assuming that's true because I don't see any ab stuff on your list.

  • @jml235 yea, the abs were basically a result of the diet and then burning calories with the workouts and cardio

  • Where's the diet? And does it have to be on a fucking treadmill? I'll do cardio, but I'm a smoker and I hate running. Can I just do a stationary bike?

  • @jjrhs i didn't do treadmill, i just played basketball cuz i hate treadmill too....and check my other videos for the diet

  • @fcukifiknow actually you can...everybody has abs, and if u get rid of the fat over them, then they will show...you can increase the size of your abs by working them out, but brad pitt had more flat abs rather than bulky abs

    but still not everybody can get a sixpack, there are guys that have no Intersectiones tendineae-good luck i have 4 of them-->8-pack...oh and i think abs exercises aren't necessary, i workout since 4 years and i have never trained my abs isolated and still its perfectly build
