What a wonderful world, that could be questioned... what wonderful footage, that cannot. I honestly cannot recall seeing such a wide variety of Pan Am aircraft captured in one video before. You also got a snippet of TWA which was a nice surprise too, and a few of Concorde, amazing, steady, well captured, well edited and all too sadly, history. There seemed to be such loyalty to the old airlines, they were more than just "buses in the sky", shame we can't get back to that. Thank you.

You look at that airport and you pretty much see only Pan Am airplanes. Not anymore.

This video brings back a lot of good memories. It reminded me of the good days of aviation when it was a pleasure and a privilege to fly. Pan Am was a great airline, too; have many good memories of flying with them from Venezuela to the US.

@scion6221 the Pan Am Clipper Class seats were the widest seats of any business class of any other airline at that time. With a little trick you could remove the middle arm rest and use the double seat as a "sofa" much better than todays narrow high tech seats.

Yes I remember WELL I got trapped in Rio de Janeiro. Had to buy Aerolineas Argentinas back to NY and from there Delta, they were so kind to take me back to Europe...
