Hi Im from bolivia and this history is amazig I olnly know that God is with us yet, he always was with us

@royalsteven You are right, that is why we must be cautious of all that is supernatural, and only Faith in God will lead us to those supernatural events that really come from HIM. Fr. Pio was also an Stigmata, a very beloved follower of God. Katia or Catia sounds so far like a person chosen by God.

@geedup415 I thought you sounded kind of skeptic about what you already had READ but did not ASSIMILATED. Thanks HOLYBETHYNAME, for Biblically supporting Intercession.

@PeeFinster Get a clue protestant. The teachings of your faith are man-made. The Bible does not teach sola scriptura or sola fide. Your whole belief is based on ONE MAN'S interpretation, e.g. Calvin, Luther, Wesley, Jack van Impe, whoever. You indeed need to read the Bible more, the Catholic Church gave it to you. Use it!

They're talking about intercession before Jesus Christ, not the Father.

I have never ever heard of this one! that's a new one to me. What exactly is the story and when did it happen? was it approved by either Vatican or the Orthodox church?

God has already given us infinite wealth and health. If we don't have it it is because we refuse to receive it. Because of our lack of faith. In this world there is only one thing you need and one thing you need to do. The one thing you need is faith. The one thing you need to do is put action behind it. When you can do this you hold the world in your hand.

@geedup415 ,....1 Tim 2:3 - because this subordinate mediation is good and acceptable to God our Savior. Because God is our Father and we are His children, God invites us to participate in Christ's role as mediator. 1 Tim. 2:5 - therefore, although Jesus Christ is the sole mediator between God and man, there are many intercessors (subordinate mediators).
-
@geedup415 ,.......1 Tim 2:1-2 - because Jesus Christ is the one mediator between God and man (1 Tim. 2:5), many Protestants deny the Catholic belief that the saints on earth and in heaven can mediate on our behalf. But before Paul's teaching about Jesus as the "one mediator," Paul urges supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people. Paul is thus appealing for mediation from others besides Christ, the one mediator. Why?
God can do whatever He wants to..GOD BLESS YOU ALL; BELIEVERS as well as unbelievers.
