He talked about how Raimi would put things off . How he'd tell fans "YUP, WE'RE MAKING A PART 4!" And then he'd push it off. I might be thinking of his Q&A as he was introducing the Evil Dead 2 movie. Did you tape that ?

Where's the part where he talks about the unliklihood of them making an Evil Dead 4 because of all Raimis other projects? I was there. Did you not digitize this part? I thought it was around the part at the end of your part 2 section. But it wasn't. Me and my friends remember him talking about it though.
