After months of training and fundraising, Team SickKids has travelled Down Under to compete at the 17th World Transplant Games on Australias Gold Coast. The 25-member national team of heart, lung, liver and kidney transplant patients from The Hospital for Sick Children will be part of Team Canada at the Games, which take place August 22 to 30.

Wow this is great!! I only was able to go to the Canadian Transplant Games which was in my city in 2008. I wish I could have went to the World Transplant Games.
