How to add commentary to your gameplay videos

I apologize for the shitty quality, but this was a last minute vid and I mainly made this as a favor for PacmanBiohazard.

Basically I show you how to record gameplay footage using your capture card (I use a Dazzle HD Plus) and record your voice (using Audacity) at the same time.
