  • Oh my goodness, looks easy, right? But if you really focus on keeping your core tight and maintaining active resistance points, it's not easy. I'm embarrassed to say, that I was only able to complete 8-10 reps per side! I did three sets so total reps were 24.

  • @Mightyluna that's exciting! it's awesome that you ae understanding the active resistance points enough to realize that maintaining them utilizes more enrgy! i'm so proud of you, thats a great amount of reps for the first go at it! :)
