sure, keep on calling it BLACK men of Syracuse. Why not all youth who are teens and having to suffer the bullshit in the city? By just providing for BLACK men, you in fact are separating them and promoting segregation in thought. ALL kids need help, especially in the cesspool that is now Syracuse. Just because the majority of the crime is stupid black kids/adults shooting one another, we still need to make it a YOUTH thing and not a color thing. Sheesh

We as the citizens of cities across upstate new york need to unite to fight racism, poverty and crime. The city of New York has gotten enough help from the state, now it's our turn.
