Be carefull about the blood-pressure in your head, the more instable you are, more the pressure increases.

after doing this asana you must stay 1,5 min with your head down, you don't have to raise imediatly, like in shirshasana. otherwise can have bad effects on your health. try and you'll se the difference. good luck, you have a good flexibility.

@adrianatman Yes, I am aware of this, and it was not a mindful practice. My practice has grown since this video was taped :)

try sticking your chest out and raising your head up a little more, this will get it even deeper.
