This is what totally perplexes me. Once they realized that the ambulance had arrived at the wrong address, and they found out the correct address, why didn't they then dispatch a different ambulance that was located closer to the location where the caller was? Also, if they knew it was going to be an extra 25 minutes before the ambulance reached her, why didn't they send the police, fire department, or a first responder, who all have first aid training and could've arrived in a few minutes.

@MolagBal89 Well, some do have a accent, but I wouldn't call it 'ignorant' and not all of them have that same tone of voice. I know people who do sound like that and I also know people who don't. Heck, I know people who are Caucasian and some sound like that. You don't need to judge people by the way they sound.
