  • That is class - brilliant

  • @cjwaywell Nice to hear!

  • Hi; i've seen a couple of your videos and am interested, would you make any custom pipes? Just to clarify i'm a storyteller and musician (medieval) on the lookout for some new bits (similar to your venison bone whistle) my old one was eagle bone I think ended up getting stolen at the colchester fayre. thanking ye kindly and keep up the good noise

  • @Hardrada88 I have made several deer bone whistles if you are interested. Email member@eastlambrook.fsnet.co.uk

  • Where did you buy your drum and pipe? I want to learn to play, but I'm not sure where to get them.

  • @JudithProctor As you can see below the pipe is a home made construction. The taborers website will tell you where you can buy others. Marcus Music of Newport make the drums.

  • @partridgehearne Thanks. I know Marcus - he fixed my concertina once.

  • Wonderful playing.

  • 150mm copper water pipe, 3200mm long. Mouthpiece off Clarks Meg whistle. Made to fit with tape. Lowest hole 9mm, 480mm up from end, second 9mm, 820mm up, thumb hole 8mm, 1050mm up. Measured to centre of hole. It makes the sweetest of pipes with all notes freely available.

  • Lovely. Very well played. The homemade pipe intrigues me. Would you be so kind to let me know the measurements and construction methods for the pipe.
