@trucanh456 This is exactly what tofu should look like the only smooth kind I know of is silken or the kind that come in cartons that look like juice boxes and it looks and feels like the egg while from a hard boiled egg.. That stuff has starches and other stuff in it.. It doesn't usually taste that great. but then I guess if you use it in a smoothie its ok.

It is great but.. well ... but the surrface of tofu is not as smooth as I usually see.

@97grad TRy deep fried tofo with tempé and add laos, ginger, sambal goren, onion and peteh beans and some butter. And if yr not vegan use some trasi"scrimp paste" ohh and salt.
Also search google for peteh beans.. They use a lot of different names for peteh beans.
