A Tribute to the Legendary Lee Enfield

A tribute to my favorite bolt-action rifle and the brave men who employed it in some of the darkest days of the world. Please enjoy. I did not include P-14s or Enfield 1917s because they have Mauser actions. I know there are probably gaps of information in the video, but I did the best I could with the amount of time I was willing to spend on it.

I love the Number 1 MKIII* espcially the ones from Enfield and Lithgow.The Number 4s with the peep sights are horrible because of the size of the back sight,great for close combat but usless for 200 yards plus.The Australians were smart to produce the MKIII*s till 1957,it was a better rifle and love it.Cheers Enfield shooters!

With the thumb and forfinger of the right hand grasp hold of the bolt knob!! A fantasic piece of kit.First used a no4 in boys service 1958,last used it with the ACF over 30yrs later,used every issue inbetween but the one that sticks in the mind is this one.

@LTWW2 it uses the same bolt design,so its realy a lee enfield thats been modifyed.
