@Heatherhb03 my provider told me that you take one every morning before 10am and 30 minutes after eat .. and i am super scared to take them as well, i just got them yesterday and all i think is loosing the weight but i want to be healthy at the same time.. without them.. well wish you luck.:) let me knw if it works or not..:)
