You have truly broken it down to a more simple level than I ever thought possible, but then again I can complicate just about anything. I'm heading home tonight to do this exercise along with my ester-hicks meditation cd and Tony Robbins "Time of Your Life Program". Is that too much? Oh well, I want to experience all that life has to offer and I am willing! I have lived in self imposed bondage for far too long, freedom is my cry!! Much appreciation and gratitude!!
