Aprilia rally 50 air problem

I have a 2004 Aprilia rally 50 air cooled that im having some trouble with. once i start it, it gives gas by itself. and then once i try to rev it, it starts to shut off on me. please help me.

it's not your air filter is your carburetor there is a screw with a spring on the screw the more it is screwed everything demanded action then there is another screw the air valve screw it completely and then two and a half game out it is standard it should work:)

i have the same problem with my aprilia rally.

ok do this:

start it and use the shocker. when putting down the shocker lever, give gas.

now you accelerate. if you are moving(after some metres), you have to put the lever up again.

i have the same problem. you put the wrong oil into the fuel mixer. you need to empty all the oil, put new oil and let the engine burn the old oil. and after while it should work. :-)

I've a Aprilia Rally 5o LC.. that's not a problem.. u still let it run and when your rally is warm u can give gas.. if u still have a problem, look at your air filtre and carburator

i have the same problem with my aprilia rally 2000 but after it has been ticking over till the engine has warmed up then it works fine

You don't need new carbutetor, had the same problem on my Aprilia Rally 2001 and everything's fine.

your idle screw is in bad codition this happened to my mini moto just buy a new carb and u should be fine but if it is more serious the engine might need replacing

BTW, it looks like too much fuel is injected in to the engine.

check the trottle cable and the carburetor because it sounds like the carb is stuck in one position.
