Short moments before, I could ID this as Channel-4 from UK:

Are you sure it's not Dover on E53? There's only a few very small repeaters using E52 now!

@Adam0792 Also Dover could be possible, as the frequency dial on that little handheld Casio EV510 is not really precise on UHF. So I think this should be solved ! :-) Thank you for information and help !

R4 detectable in Romania near Ploiesti City in all days when bucharest 91.7mhz national fm exit on propagation. Sure is telekanal 1+1 or moldova 1. Please question user zvartoshu about this but know strong south romania in all openings scattering signals.
