Joshua Oakley -- Door Production Team Leader -- Toyota --Blue Springs, MS

Joshua Oakley is a door production team leader at the Toyota facility in Blue Springs, Mississippi. The plant opened in the fall of 2011 and will employ 2,000 people to produce the Toyota Corolla. Joshua began working at the plant during its construction, and then moved on to assembling doors, before taking on his current position leading one of the stations. By moving into Mississippi, Toyota has become an important contributor to a growing community.
