22:00 CET, 11.10.2011: After a crisis in parliament, the now-former Prime Minister Iveta Radicova decided to solve it by combining the question whether to accept the European bailout fund for Greece, with parliament's trust to the PM simultaneously. The vote failed to pass as the members of the SAS, SMER-SD and OKS political parties either refused or spoke against the vote. So, Slovakia temporarily disagreed with the fund expansion, the parliament did not express confidence in the prime minister and thus the government fell. On the next day, 12th Oct, many foreign newspapers had headlines containing "Slovakia" in them.
This video is a cut from the original live broadcast and the press conference, which followed afterwards.
I'm glad they're gone. This so-called "right-wing" coalition increased the VAT to twenty percent to "solve the state debt" and other jackassery. It also did not fulfil promises, which were pledged to the citizens of Slovak Republic at the parliamentary election of 2010.
The rule of Iveta Radicova ended after a year and some months.
12.10.2011: Fresh elections were declared on 10.3.2012
It seems that you present this video to English speakers but it is frivolous without it's actual translation by subtitling it for instance.

@martinkoklingacik I did want to make subtitles forthis, however whenever I feel like doing that I always find something more interesting, lol.
The content of the video itself is summed up in the description, in English, for now.
