I did this to my 1991 Trans Am. Very easy job... MUCH easier than removing the whole regulator, which is what the service manuals tell you to do. Good luck! Feel free to ask any questions!

  • I have an 84 pontiac bonneville.. Im replacing two window motors. I'm no mechanic but Im handy and do a lot of my stuff myself.. The motors in this video look exactly the same as mine. I was just wondering if I can do it the same way?

    No idea; I've never worked on one. I'm assuming it would be similar but don't take my word for it.

  • Later on down the road those bolts and nuts will walk out. This is why rivots are used.

    btw you can always use loctite on the threads for more peace of mind.

    No idea lol. My car doesn't have the big glass hatchback since it's a convertible. try thirdgen (dot) org though.
