Here's the solution for C4D R13:
1) There no longer a "Dynamics Tags" menu with "Dynamics Body" entry in R13. Instead, go to the "Simulation Tags" menu and select a "Rigid Body" tag.
2) A small additional step brings the spheres in motion: select the just added tag, in the attributes inspector select the "Collision" tab and choose "All" for the "Individual Elements" parameter.
3) Now cmd-drag the tag from the Cloner object to the Floor object and adjust the Bounce value of THAT tag.
