Obama motorcade arrives at Hay-Adams Hotel in DC January 4th, 2009

This video was shot on the corner of H & Madison Pl. The spectators had only 20min earlier been moved back from the corner of H&16th (in front of the hotel), making it very difficult to get more than a very brief view of the arriving vehicles.
