I might you know. I saw something a while back, with the schedule for the TVQ midnight tests.
TVQ ran programs as test transmissions on 10 when DDQ shut down for the night.
Here is some of the schedule.

I don't know the exact date but one would imagine it was on leading up to the switch over from 0 to 10 early September 88.
