Child Drowns in Tragic Pool Accident

My son Billy Thompson passed away last week. We woke up to find him floating face down in our pool.
A word to parents out there: Always have a fence around your pool if you have children with down syndrome. Even teenagers with down syndrome or a similar mental retardation are capable of drowning in shallow water if they are not supervised.
Rest in peace, Billy.
