@zoodle85 You're very kind. But I'm not a master. Just a little farther down the road than some. I try to put concepts into simple terms and physically demonstrate them in my videos and DVDs. I have too many DVDs from "masters" who don't really teach in their videos.
Your last comment enlightened me. You said "that (pushing with your arms) is NOT internal", and that sort of explains the whole concept of Nei Jia. Only a master can explain concepts like these.
