That's because if it was done in real speed it would be clear how many techniques just don't work. Check out the knife defenses out there.

why is it always Jodan stance, try another one to display please, good but still its common, then again alot of tecniques are suposed to be kept secret.

i don't like how in most vids everything is slow motion and they attacker lets the other person do whatever...real fights / sparring are unpredictable,and you can't usually do exactly what you want
