Trailer for "Vandal", a new commission by playwright Nicholas Kavanagh, which explores the world
of graffiti in Waterford.
Alex McGuire is a graffiti artist whose World is turned upside down when he gets in with the wrong crowd and is arrested for a crime he did not commit. This gritty, fast-paced, thought-provoking piece of theatre about graffiti art and the impact it has on society asks the question "Is graffiti art or vandalism?"
"Vandal" was commissioned by Waterford City Council to counteract graffiti and vandalism, which impacts on the citys appearance and is touring secondary schools in 2010.

i really wanted to see this,it came to our school but only the TY students got to see it

@SamDelaBeh That happened in a lot of schools. I'm sorry that everyone who wanted to didn't get to see it, but if there's enough demand we'd love to come back. Get your teacher to contact Waterford Youth Arts.
