Skyrim - Under the map in Solitude simple tutorial

A quick tutorial on how to get underneath the map in Solitude. It can be done at any level after you've acquired the Whirlwind Sprint shout and requires no items.
If you're having trouble getting to Erikur during the quest "The Dainty Sload" (For the Thieves Guild) because he has bugged or something, this is a good way to do it without having to go back a few hours.

yea but i cant complete the mission cause hes underwater all the time even when i go thru the hole under solitude. someone please help me i cant start over no friggin way ive tried like 15 times to complete the mission but i cant get him out from underwater on xbox 360

Found this video only after deleting about 200 saves and 15 real time hours. Found Erikur swimming when recieving the Quest. When completing Quest, He was Standing under water. I had to back him up to land so I could talk to him, Used waterbreath potions also during the attempts, success finally. THANKS for the video

How do you get back out once you're down there? Does fast travel still work?

@urmonator Well obviously you could climb back up into the city, but yeah fast travel still works from anywhere out/underneath the map, back to anywhere you want to fast travel to in the map :)
