Another in the 'Perfect' series. This time it's a burger which can be simply copied or added to. If you think you can do better upload yours, here or to www.iFoods.tv and we'll see who's is better.
I'd imagine it'd get confusing in Aus too because you can grill AND bbq things in any part of the world, any idiot told to "throw some shrimp on the baribie" will most likely sit there foolishly bbq'ing shrimp and not grill it
Here's the problem. Filet mignon and ribeye are meats prized for their texture and flavor when left WHOLE. Grinding them for the "perfect burger" negates entirely the reason for buying those cuts in the first place. Use chuck, and get the right fat content for your burger with some nice connective tissue for good chew in the final burger. Can't go wrong, and yes, it's good food, not junk food.
We don't get to see the final product? :-(

I really like this guy. Simple, concise, knows his shit. I made a steak per his instructions and it was awesome! Going to try the burger next.

He's Australian and barbecue is the word they use for grill. Like let's put some shrimp on the barbie. That's lets put some shrimp on the grill.

Filet Mignon and Ribeye for a hamburger? Oh my, that is one ridiculously expensive burger.

is it just me or does it seem as thought he act's alot like Gordan Ramsey?
And BLDMLN1007 why would it be raw inside?
I could cook burger's right throu in minutes without burnign etc.
But I suppose the only reason for this being the Perfect burger is because you've bought the best Quality Beef you can use. (Aside from Wagyu).
So apart from spendin' 10x as much on your meat just season well, to your liking and cook correctly.
If you want nice even cook, BBQ outside, Oven cook the inside...
