corruption in transportation of diesel and petrol direct from bpcl depot to petrol pump in front of bpcl depot a driver and conductor taking out the diesel from a tanker which has been loaded before a couple of minute . and in front of the depot .as the bpcl asure that no one make the duplicate keys of the locks but as u can see the drivers and conductors are opening the locks which assures that somehow the bpcl staff is also involved in it
