I don't think this was made by the uploader, unless he/she is in any way related to the Supinfocom house of animation, who produced this (and many other) short. I would highly recommend entre-deux, la marche des sans-nom and another one about a scarecrow and a sparrow, whose title I can't seem to remember, all made by Supinfocom.
