It'll happen when you spend 45 of your 65 years singing over a band that's as loud as a jet engine..That said I had the priveledge of playing the pre-concert for Roger and Clapton in Cincinnati, and he was in MUCH better voice that night.

Rog is having probs with his voice because he's fighting colds.
He's probably doing too many back to back shows, and the cold weather doesn't help!

I was not that guy. The guy that Roger was talking to, you can see at about 2:50 of the video. That guy and his wall of 3 drinking buddies flew into the show to front row less than 5 minutes before it started and relentlessly demanded The Kids Are Alright. One reason the show was so amazing was that Roger was so interactive with audience that night which included putting up with that guy. Roger had a grin on his face the entire time.Once again as we all can concur this was a great show!!!!
