Did you ever thought that this man could have been some sort of handicapped beggar?? Cause we do not lack this in Mauritius as well. Do not judge at first sight, nothing in this vid let us know that this man was "drunk"...it could have well been a handicapped person in need of help and assistance. When you dont know, you dont say...worst, You dont SHARE!!! Thanks...
